- A usable ceiling height minimum of 24 feet over the entire floor area.
- A separate, exposed edge platform area adjacent to the training floor at least 12 feet wide by 12 feet deep and a minimum 8 foot ceiling above it.
- A conference room that can comfortably seat 8 needs to available with a computer projector, screen and a large white board for presentations.
- The area needs to be exclusive of any conflicting activities that would produce noise, fumes, people walking through the area, etc.
- The entire area needs to be well lighted, ventilated and some climate control
- Bathroom facilities adjacent (or near) to the training floor.
